Current capability
Starts in one-video mode with a large analysis view. Video A can be loaded from a file or recorded directly from the device camera inside the app. Add a second video only when needed; comparison becomes side by side in landscape and stacked in portrait.
Drawing tools are tap-to-toggle (tap the active tool again to turn it off), touch-friendly, and all annotation types are editable: lines, rectangles, circles, angles and freehand marks can be selected and moved; shape handles resize or reshape them.
Play/pause, mute/unmute, looping, full-screen focus mode and a scrub timeline are overlaid across the bottom of each video. Full-screen focus keeps the drawing/edit Tools drawer and all playback controls available over the video. Player controls now use a consistent clean line-icon style. On touch devices, pinch with two fingers to zoom from 100% to 500%; moving the pinch midpoint pans around the enlarged video, and Reset zoom returns to 100%.
On desktop, selecting the synced Video Analysis folder keeps the existing direct SharePoint/OneDrive save workflow and creates a Mobile Uploads inbox. On iPad or phone, Portable Mode exports one session ZIP. Upload one or many ZIPs to Video Analysis → Mobile Uploads in OneDrive, then use Import Mobile Sessions on the desktop to file every session automatically into the correct player folders and App/Data. The startup window has three routes: Create New opens the camera, Load Video File opens existing footage, and Review Previous Analysis restores an old JSON together with its original video(s).
